Turtle Tuesday--The Third. Kettle Corn.

Hello! Welcome to the third week! My mom makes great kettle corn. But that's my opinion. Judge for yourself and comment so I can hear.



Recipe:




1/3 cup unpopped popcorn kernels


3 tbsp sugar


3 tbsp vegetable oil




Put the vegetable oil and three popcorn kernels in a pot on the stove and turn it to medium heat.


Mix the sugar and the rest of the popcorn together.


Once the three kernels in the pot have popped, pour in the sugar-popcorn mix.


Stir the mixture for about fifteen seconds, then put the lid on the pot.


Continue letting the corn pop, and shake the pot every few seconds to keep it from burning.


When it is done popping, pour it into a bowl and add a bit of salt.


Eat and Enjoy!
